Enclosed you will find sample Ala Carte Menus and Pre-Selected Menu ideas, where pricing is per person. Included are Linens, Napkins, Skirting, China, Silverware, Bar Disposables and Ice, for price ranges of $15.00 or more per guest..

All functions are subject to a 7% sales tax and 17% service charge - buffet service, 20% -sit-down service . Bartender fees are $100, per bartender, per 100 Guests. Chefs for carving stations are $100 per Chef. Let us consult with you for every aspect of your affair- from Music, Wedding Cakes, Flowers, Ice Sculptures, Photographers to Banquet Halls.

As of June 30, 2008, due to high increase in food and fuel cost, we have added a 7.5% increase to all food totals. We hope our clients understand this is a smaller cost of business increase and will continue to keep our menu prices the same.
